Bob's Message

The Tallman Foundation was created by my father Harvey Tallman, my wife Cathy, sons, Matthew, Marc and myself.

We have built this foundation to raise the awareness of sustaining positive healthy living programs and strong values toward education in the North End of Winnipeg. To date our foundation has worked with the following North End projects: Winnipeg Boys and Girls Club, Victoria-Albert School, Luxton School, Inner-City Youth Alive and Sunshine Fund. Through our fund-raising efforts we have sponsored three students to pursue their desire to attend both University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba.

Each year we will strive to raise money to get students from, St. John's High and Sisler High to pursue their post-secondary education by funding their first degree. We will move forward one North End student at a time. In turn, we ask that these students give back to their community upon completion of their university degree (s).
