Community Programs



(GAP Inc.) is a community youth art center dedicated to the creation of a safe and accepting environment for the development of all forms of artistic expression. GAP Inc. uses art as a tool for community development, social change, and individual growth.

To provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.

The Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre is a not-for-profit community agency providing a broad range of programs and services for all age groups to meet the diverse needs of its members, the Jewish community, and the community-at-large. Programs include cultural, social, educational, health, fitness, and recreational activities for all age groups, from infant to older adult.

To provide relevant people with the awareness, knowledge, skills and motivation needed to improve educational and career success for Manitobans. These people include participants, family, staff, private, public and not-for-profit sectors and the general community.

Based on the revolutionary El Sistema program in Venezuela, this goal of Sistema Winnipeg is to inspire children and youth, and to have a positive impact on their lives and society as a whole.
Sistema Winnipeg is a free, daily after-school program that will inspire children to strive to meet her/his potential. Children will learn how to play an instrument and experience the joy of being part of an orchestra.
